Do you have any pre-existing health conditions?: A sort of bad knee from college football and a bad back from lugging the proton packs around sometimes, but otherwise no.

Do you have any outstanding convictions? If yes, please detail: Maybe. I haven't checked in a while. Most of 'em get waived away when we inevitably save the damn world again.
Have you or any of your loved ones experienced an event that resulted in your death?: Honestly, we probably died for a little while during the Gozer thing. We're alive now, though.

Do you believe in a God?: ... I believe there's a whole lot of gods, and most of 'em are nasty. I've shot a lot of them in the face with a proton stream. But the God? That's a little harder to say, you know? But I was raised around Jewish people at the carny, and my mom's Jewish, so I guess that says something.
