As long as the character is strongly capable of considering themselves to be morally bad, or having done morally bad things, then they would be applicable. For example, Chidi Anagonye from The Good Place, or Juno Steel from The Penumbra Podcast. Both of these characters frequently struggle with moral quandaries and can easily view themselves as bad people.

Characters who view themselves in this way will be checked on a case-by-case basis, as this is more difficult to confirm as opposed to whether or not they have committed crimes.
