1. Characters will wake up wearing their own clothing, but they will have access to 80's clothing of the player's choice. Go ham.

2. There would be no minimum criminality, but we strongly encourage people to think about who they're apping and how they might apply to the setting. For example, someone who just littered probably isn't going to be as applicable to the plot as someone who actively stole or murdered someone. However, if, for some reason, the character is overwhelmed with their guilt for littering.....
